You can take Kowloon Tong Station exit C to Festival Walk Shopping Mall which is a popular shopping mall in Kowloon located at MTR interchange station of East Rail Line and Kwun Tong Line.

Undoubtedly it is one of the popular shopping mall in Kowloon since the stores are mixed with luxurious products and entertainment.

It has 5 stories but it looks grand and spacious. You can spend a whole afternoon there to look around. There are several famous brands of cosmic and personal care for ladies. Japanese fashion stores , Uniqlo, and home electronic appliances. Eslite bookstore is on the ground floor. The mall is designed with a T-shape floor plan setting and the escalators interconnect each floor.

The middle level is an ice rink and you will see a cinema by going up one floor. On the top floor, there is a food court and restaurants. It is good to take a break from busy shopping and sightseeing there.

The top floor offer entertainments, including US Jumping GYM and Toy R US. On the basement level, there is a grocery in front of the MTR station entrance.

Specialty store of Crayon Shinchan
A Crayon Shinchan store is on the B1 level too, just next to the grocery store.


Created by Usui Yoshito 臼井 儀人 in Japan, Crayon Shinchan is a cartoon character who is fairly popular in Hong Kong and had its TV series for years.

It is cute and as popular as other Japanese comic.

The Hong Kong City University is next the shopping and you can feel the academic atmosphere as the students staying at the food court with a notebook working on school projects.

Festival Walk Shopping Mall in Kowloon Tong offers not only shopping but also an integration of college campus. The Hong Kong Productivity Council and InnoCentre are also nearby. It’s also an interchange station for the East Rail Line.
