Tsing Yi Maritime Square 青衣城
Tsing Yi Maritime Square, transportation hub for Tsing Yi Island, is the most comprehensive shopping center in the area offering shopping, entertainment, groceries, and other necessary services in the two phrases of buildings.
Tsing Yi Maritime Square Phase
Built in 1999, Maritime Square, covering an area of 340,000 square feet, is accessible from the exits of Tsing Yi MTR Station second floor and ground floor and the shopping mall is divided into two phases.

The first phase is larger and has three floors. There are hotels and many restaurants, as well as stationery stores, a fitness center, electrical appliances, and home products stores.

Marks & Spencer is located on the second and basement floors, while the ground floor houses a bookstore, sporting goods store, and a jewelry shop.

In addition to being a shopping mall, Tsing Yi Maritime Square is also a subway station exit that connects to the Airport Express. It serves as a spot for the bus terminus, the Airport Express, and the first stop for passengers entering and leaving Tsuen Wan. Tsing Yi is actually an island, connected to the city and the airport by four major bridges.
Therefore, there is a train entering and exiting Tsuen Wan on the elevated footbridge outside the mall, and another bridge allows cars to enter and exit (You can see there are two bridges in total outside the Mall). You can also walk out of Tsuen Wan, so Tsing Yi Island is not isolated.

Therefore, at Tsing Yi MTR Station, you’ll see many people carrying luggage to and from the airport. It is the transportation network center of the small island of Tsing Yi, integrating the subway, railway, and pier. Nearby are several housing estates such as Cheung Fat Estate and Cheung On Estate, as well as many schools. The shopping mall is located at the lowest point of Tsing Yi.
A waterfront promenade with a sea view
In addition, outside the mall is the Tsing Yi Promenade, where you can enjoy the sea view in addition to taking a walk and exercising. It is opposite Tsuen Wan, just like the Ocean Pride Mall at Tsuen Wan West MTR station. It is also a Tsuen Wan Promenade with a sea view.
