Kai Tak AIRSIDE Shopping Center has 6 floors and a basement. The mall has restaurants, coffee shops, piano shops, Japanese clothing MUJI, American Adventure Park, etc. The fifth floor is a theater, and the top floor is a garden and restaurant. There are also some art displays and inter-floor escalators.

Back from Kai Tak Sports Park to the right side of the Kai Tak MTR station exit D, there is another shopping center called Kai Tak AIRSIDE Shopping Center, which has 8 floors and a basement.

GYM and indoor surfing area with restaurant

Located on the 6th floor of the mall, there’s an indoor surfing area with one-on-one coaching. It’s also a restaurant called “Groundswell.”

The restaurant specializes in Southeast Asian cuisine, including Indonesian and Thai dishes, such as satay skewers.

The entrance is decorated with surfboards, making it look like a trendy bar, but a sign advertising lessons is also displayed, offering instruction for $400 per hour according to online information.

The venue is a FlowRider, a surf simulator, essentially a waterslide with waves. Membership is also available.

Airside Garden

Next to it is the Airside Garden, which also houses two other outdoor dining options: a snack and beer area and a Korean restaurant.

Planted with flowers, trees, and shrubs, this outdoor terrace provided a place to relax and enjoy fresh air. The cinema exit is right next to it.

The building houses a fitness center called Asphodel, equipped with various exercise equipment for cross fitness.

There are also two Chinese restaurants on the middle floor (7th floor).

Toy car model racing track

On the 5th floor is a Japanese toy car model shop called Tamiya, next to which is a 4-5 square meter model racing track, a place for model enthusiasts to test drive.

This place is popular because, in addition to shopping, there are also many entertainment, sports, and hobby shops. Sometimes you don’t need to buy bags of goods; just browsing around is enough.
