Mong Kok MOKO is a shopping mall with a long history. The visitors can reach MOKO from Exit C of Mong Kok East MTR Station. If you walk from the exit of Prince Edward MTR Station on the Tsuen Wan Line, you need to go up the pedestrian bridge.

There is a bus stop platform at the entrance of the mall, connecting to Tuen Mun and other areas.

With six floors, MOKO is one of the large shopping malls in Kowloon. It has a complete range of restaurants, clothing, department stores, and cosmetics stores, so there are many choices and affordable prices, which is a major feature of Mong Kok District. The shopping experience here is relaxed and natural because each floor is not divided into specific types of products. You can find restaurants and commodity stores mixed on the same floor, as there are restaurants on each floor. There is also an IMAX cinema on the 4th floor and a JumpinGym U.S.A. for fun, a bookstore, a Japanese department store, clothing and shoes, MUJI, etc.

MOKO or Grand Century Place?
Grand Century Place and MOKO are both names shared the same address of 193 Prince Edward Road West Mong Kok, but how come you may find two different names? Grand Century Place was the previous name of the shopping mall and the offices. Yet, some time ago merely the shopping mall was renamed as MOKO in 2015 but the Chinese name remains the same. Therefore, you might find the previous name of Grand Century Place of the shopping mall location.
The Meaning of MOKO
Established in 1997 and renovated in 2014, the mall had a history of evolution. According to the information from Wikipedia, of the four letters, “MK” stand for Mong Kok and the two”Os” stand for eyes meaning curiosity and searching for different things for customers. MOKO means “See The Unseen”. Le CyKlop, a French street artist, did the design for reopening theme and its installation in 2015. He used eyeballs as the main installation elements. CyKlop stands for one-eye monster and it beat the one-eye giant Cyclopes, originated from the Greek Mythology.
